Bunga Kantan - Torch Ginger Flower,

Bunga kantan, also known as Torch Ginger Flower, is a tropical plant that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Etlingera elatior. The plant is known for its distinctive and vibrant inflorescence, which is a cone-like structure made up of tightly packed red or pink bracts. These bracts surround small, true flowers.

This is homegrown ulam Pegaga! Very freshhhh and mouthwatering.

Very simple to grow up this ulam Pegaga. Either directly on the ground or in the bottle (30% soil 70% water)

Don't forget to add some fertilizer to ensure the healthy life if this greeny little ulam.

Selalu buat ulam makan dengan nasik panas panas. Or boleh jugak racik racik Ulam Pegaga taruk dalam nasik goreng! Sedap!

Boleh berpicnic sambil berBBQ. Ada kemudahan toilet dan tempat mandi serta persalinan pakaian. Surau pon ada.

Nih la dia makanan menu favourite aku bila nak ke selatan especially before jalan jauh sebab dia punya daging salai masak lemak cili api nih terbaek. Nak nak pulak timing baek sebelom lunch=)

Boleh la cuba, amik lauk ni dengan sayur kobis dan telur masin. Air plak Neslo Ais less sugar. Subhanallah, tak dapat digambarkan dengan kata kata.

So, apa kata singgah la di RNR Nilai arah utara untuk try test dulu.

Laksa utara yang sangat sedap kat Bandar Baru Bangi. Just google perpustakaan Bangi, kedai laksa nih sebelah je. Ataupun Tasik Cempaka. Dah berapa kali repeat order bila teringin nak makan.

Indeed your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His Command. Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment. Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that texists)!

Nature 2015!

 

Cat!

Nih la kucing yang diberanakkan di belakang rumah tempoh hari. Dah besar panjang pon. Yang lagi sekor kaler kekuningan tuh tak tahu pegi mana. Maybe dah berhijrah kot. Yang selalu datang depan umah yang hitam nih la. Tapi masih liar lagik. Tak dapat nk sentuh usap lagi. Dia nih dah jadi Kak Long kat sini sebab berkawan dengan si Bubu. Kucing yang kami jumpa bawah pokok Serai mengiau sekuat hati dikala azan zohor berkumandang.

Kitten!

Walaupon kehadiran hangpa hanya sementara, hangpa tetap cute!

Balik dari Yong Peng, bukak pintu dapoq tup tup ada Ibu Kucin melompat terkejut. Rupanya ketidakadaan di rumah sebab balik kampong telah dijadikan ruang persinggahan sementara keluarga kucing tanpa bapak nih.

Anak nya sekoq tuh dah mati maybe tersepit or maybe jugak due to transportation issue. Sebab muka dia macam dah pecah. Cheq pon tanam jugak malam tuh depan rumah. #prayforkitten

Malam tuh jugak Mak depa transfer pi tempat laen. So ingat, nanti datang lagik yer.

Ketam Masak Pedas di Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang

 

Assalam. This post is consider #throwback entry since the pic was taken in 2011 near Pasir Gudang Johor when I was attached to Sime Darby Fabrication Yard for Kumang Project.  The food here was AWESOME! The price also very cheap compared to Senibung or other seafood restaurant at Jb! Now, I am not so sure the about the price. I wish I could go there and taste this super delicious Ketam Masak Pedas ( Spicy Crab) again soon.
